Dan's Dad and step-mom have arrived safely! We drove down to Naha tonight to get them and someone stayed awake far past her bedtime. I suppose she was excited to meet her grandparents but all play and no sleep made her a very unhappy camper.
I brought my camera with but failed to capture any scenes from their arrival. That seems to be the trend whenever I go to the airport to pick up visitors: bring the camera, snap some pictures while I wait, then stuff it in the diaper bag and forget about it.
I'm going to join everyone else in the land of ZzZzs now but wanted to write to assure any family members that were wondering if they made it all right. They made it. :)
