"Who does she look like the most?"

We've been asked the question above by several different people. I'm not sure of Dan's exact view on who she looks like the most but my opinion?

She looks like Evelyn. She isn't a spitting image of her Mama nor does she look like a feminine version of her Pops. She's just herself. :) She does have certain parts, looks, and mannerisms that are unique to each of us but when you add them all together, she's just our little Evelyn.

From her Dad, she gets cold extremities. In some photos we share here you may see socks on her hands. That isn't to protect herself from her monster claws nails, it is to keep her little fingers warm.

She has her Mama's pinky toes (which her Mama gets from Grandma Susan) and the habit of kicking off blankets if they aren't tucked in around her. I think she has my nose, too. Or a nose that is more similar to my nose than to Dan's, I should say.

She has dark, dark blue eyes which may or may not change. As of right now she does not have my blue eyes nor Dan's brown-ish hazel eyes. However she does have Dan's dark hair which I'm thrilled about -- I was hoping for a dark-haired beauty. :)

She can sleep through almost any noise...she gets that from her Pops. She gets her love of naps from her Mama. Her attitude when she's woke up from a nap? Unfortunately she gets that from yours truly. Oops.

And her mullet? We're not sure where she got that but hopefully it grows out sooner rather than later. She makes it look fashionable, though, which cannot be said for most mullets.

Babycakes is one month old today! That blows my mind. Today we were at the furniture store at the base nearest our house and one of the sales associates was telling us how before we know it, she'll be growing up and full of sass. I can imagine we'll have our hands full (I wasn't exactly a peach from puberty into the beginning of my college years) and I know it'll come sooner than we're ready for...but for now, she's just our sweet, sweet one month old baby.
