I brought my camera all the way from Okinawa to Minnesota, and shortly after arrival the battery died. Guess what, though? I had left my battery charger in a power strip back at our house in Okinawa. Duhhhh.
I commandeered my stepdad's camera for the duration of our stay and was able to get lots of great photos. I captured some Christmas Eve and Christmas Day magic. I captured Evelyn meeting her Great-Grandma Louise. I captured Evelyn meeting Dan's Mom & step-dad for the first time ever, and her meeting my brother, sister and step-dad. I captured her becoming reacquainted with my grandparents, and Dan's Dad and step-mom.
I got all these great pictures but neglected to upload them to Photobucket before I left. So now I'm back, and wanting to share the photos of our time at home, but I can't because they are all still in the camera back in Minnesota.
So if anyone has photos they want to share, or want me to share, please send me a few via email! I know Elizabeth had her camera out some, and I think she got a lot of good pictures. I'd love to share. If I'm not able to share anyone else's pictures, we'll be back in the States in September so I'll be sure to upload them then ... even though they'll be months late. Better late than never!
