A month of Thanksgiving: Day 2.

Today I am thankful for the Mexican lasagna recipe my Grandma gave me a few weeks ago. It is quick, easy, and delicious.

I am also thankful for Skype, and Scrabble games on the iPad with Dan, even though he almost always beats me.
