Poor little sicky.

Our little pum'kin came down with her first sickness this week. She had a slightly elevated temp and a snuffly nose. When we haven't been busy giving her extra cuddles and trying to soothe her, we've quietly joked that she reminds us of someone...





Who? you may ask yourself. Well, the loud-breathing kid on Hey Arnold! that Helga often punched. If you don't know the show, I feel bummed for you. It was one of my favorites as a kid.

Comparing our sweet sickling to the loud-breather on Hey Arnold! may seem heartless to some but I guarantee it wasn't. It gave us something to giggle at while we all felt frustrated and helpless...a little light at the end of the short, dark tunnel.
